サマルカンドまたはブハラを09:00に出発し、ヌラタウ山地のハヤット村へ向かいます（約220km／約4時間）。

ハヤット村に到着後、地元の家族宅にチェックイン。

午後は村を散策：

古代の村の遺跡を探索

リラックスする時間、または家族と一緒に伝統的な家庭料理に参加。

ホストファミリーと夕食。

ホームステイにて宿泊。

ホームステイ先で朝食。

09:00に出発し、ヌラタウ山地でガイド付きハイキングへ。

ウフム村からアスラフ村までのハイキングルート（約12km／4～5時間）。

山々、渓谷、ステップ地帯のパノラマ景色をお楽しみください。

ハイキング中のピクニックランチ、または地元の村で昼食。

アスラフ村に到着後、地元の家族宅にチェックイン。

自由時間：リラックスしたり、村の生活を体験。

ホストファミリーと夕食。

ホームステイにて宿泊。

ホームステイ先で朝食。

Aydarkul Lakeへ向けて出発し、Kyzylkum Desertを通過。

Aydarkul Lakeに到着後、自由時間（リラックス、遊泳、湖畔の散策）。

湖の近く、または地元のゲストハウスで昼食。

伝統的な砂漠のユルトキャンプへ移動。

砂漠で短時間のラクダ乗り体験。

静かな砂漠の雰囲気と夕日を楽しむ時間。

ユルトキャンプにて伝統料理の夕食。

キャンプファイヤーと地元のフォークロアや音楽（状況により実施）。

ユルトで宿泊。

ユルトキャンプで朝食。

ヌラタの町へ出発。

Alexander the Greatの要塞遺跡を見学。

聖なるチャシュマの泉とモスク複合施設を訪問。

地元のスザニ刺繍工房を訪問。

ブハラまたはサマルカンドへ移動。
