Overview
A private day in Tashkent with your own guide and car: the Khast Imam complex, Chorsu Bazaar, Amir Temur and Independence squares and a ride on the Tashkent Metro — about six to seven hours, from your hotel and back.
Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, has two faces: an old town of mosques, madrasahs and bazaars, and the wide avenues, parks and squares of a modern capital, largely rebuilt after the earthquake of 1966.
On this private tour your TravelBliss guide and driver pick you up at your hotel. You visit the Khast Imam complex, the spiritual heart of the city, walk through Chorsu Bazaar, see the Kukeldash madrasah, then drive through the modern centre to Amir Temur Square and Independence Square — and finish underground, on the Tashkent Metro with its richly decorated stations.
The tour takes about six to seven hours in a private air-conditioned car, with metro tickets included. The pace is relaxed, and your guide adapts the route to what interests you most.
The guide speaks English, Russian, German or French: choose the language when you book. Arriving that day? We can also start from the airport or the railway station for a small extra charge — just contact us.
