Booking & payment
How can I book a tour with Travel Bliss?
Booking a tour is easy! You can contact us via WhatsApp at +998 93 224 4333, send an email to travelblissoffice@gmail.com, or fill out the booking form on our website. Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss your preferences.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour start time with a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: cash (US Dollars and Uzbek Sum), Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment can be made in advance or on the day of the tour, depending on your preference.

Is this a group tour or private tour?
We offer both options! You can join a small group tour or book a private tour just for your party. Private tours offer more flexibility with timing and personalized attention. Please contact us to discuss your preferences and pricing options.
What is included in the tour price?
The tour price typically includes transportation during the tour, entrance fees to all attractions mentioned in the itinerary, and some meals as specified. An English-speaking guide may be included depending on the specific tour package - please check the detailed description above or contact us to confirm what is included in your selected tour.
Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes! We provide complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off service for all our tours within the city center of your tour's starting location (Samarkand, Tashkent, Bukhara, Khiva, etc.). If your hotel is outside the city center, we can arrange pickup for a small additional fee. Please provide your hotel details when booking.
Are your tours private or group tours?
We specialize in private custom-made tours tailored to your interests and schedule. This means you will have a dedicated vehicle and personal guide just for your group. We also offer group tours upon request. Private tours provide flexibility, personalized attention, and the ability to travel at your own pace.
What is included in your private day tours from Samarkand?
Our private day tours typically include comfortable transportation, bottled water, and full organizational support. An experienced English-speaking local guide is included in most tours (check your specific tour itinerary for details). Entrance fees to attractions and meals are not included unless specifically mentioned in the tour description. We can customize any package to match your preferences.
