This offer defines the general terms and conditions for tourism services and products provided by TravelBliss LLC to customers. The offer includes tourism-related services such as various travel destinations, excursions, transportation, hotel accommodation, and other services.

2. Services

TravelBliss LLC provides the following services:

• Travel routes and excursions
• Hotel services 
• Transportation services (7-seater Hyundai Starex and other vehicles)
• English-speaking local guide service (in Shakhrisabz, Langar Ota, and other cities)
• Additional services (meals, airline tickets, travel insurance, and others)

3. Prices and Payment

• Service prices are determined based on pre-agreed rates.
• Payment terms: payment is made in installments.
• The final payment amount may vary depending on the customer's choice, the duration of the tour, and additional services.

4. Booking and Reservation

• To book a tour, the customer must submit a written request or make a reservation by phone.
• After the booking is confirmed, the customer is entitled to receive the services.
• To participate in the tour, the customer must make the specified portion of the payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the start of the tour, 70% of the payment amount will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the start of the tour, the payment is non-refundable.

6. Liability

• TravelBliss LLC takes all necessary measures to ensure the high quality of the provided services.
• The company is not responsible for personal issues of the customer or errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, etc.) leading to the cancellation of the tour, the company is released from fulfilling its obligations.

7. Privacy Policy

• Customers' personal data is used solely for organizing trips and providing other services.
• Compliance with the privacy policy is mandatory for all customers.

8. General Terms

• This offer confirms the customer's agreement with the stated terms and conditions.
• The terms and conditions may be changed at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes.
• Violation of the terms may result in the customer being denied participation in the tour.
