"First of all big shout out to our driver Hasan. He drove us safely but on top of that he was very kind and funny and even managed an extra stop to see the polyglyphes! I would highly recommend this tour it doesn’t feel like a commercial one (even though of course it is touristy) as it is mainly you and your driver. The food was great and the experience in the yurt was a once in a lifetime one!"

"“Two extraordinary days” in the desert May 2026 • Friends If you are considering desert tours in Uzbekistan, this plan is highly recommended. First of all, I was relieved to learn that Yusufjon, a driver I spend a lot of time with, is a very cheerful and friendly person and communicates smoothly in English. The fact that I was able to spend time comfortably, including travel time, was a big point. And while some desert tours charge extra for camel riding, this plan includes all of these activities, with very little extra cost to worry about (unless you order alcohol at lunch or dinner). On this trip, we left Bukhara at 9 o'clock, stopping on the way at Sardova, a historical building, and Gijduvan Museum of Ceramics, which deals with traditional Suzani. We then visited the tomb of Alexander the Great and had lunch at Lake Aidarkur. After arriving at the campsite, the group enjoyed a camel experience, followed by dinner and listening to traditional music over a bonfire. This time was particularly impressive and I feel it was a unique experience. On the second day, after breakfast, I was dropped off at my hotel in Samarkand, which took about four hours, arriving at about 13.30. Overall, I was very satisfied not only with the sightseeing but also with the "experience", and I was able to spend a precious time that I could not easily experience in Japan."

"Great to get to know Samarkand in a fun way May 2026 • Couples Very nice and extensive explanations about the history, culture and facts of the city. Sitora did a wonderful job as a guide. She had a folder with pictures to clarify stuff, and was open for any questions."

"Touring at my own speed May 2026 • Solo Spent two days exploring Bukhara with the help of an English-speaking guide, Bek, who knew the history of the country in great depth and brought a clear understanding to the role each of the sites visited played in history and in daily life. He really brought the places visited to life and was very thoughtful and helpful. Road transfers between Bukhara and Samarkand were also part of the personalized package that was kindly organized by Yusufjon to fit my timing, needs and interests. Cars were comfortable, drivers were good and spoke enough English to get by. Was great to be able to visit places at my own pace, spending longer or shorter when I wanted, and have all my questions answered. Would definitely recommend Travel Bliss."

"Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Notre chauffeur conduisait bien, était sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous sommes partis de Samarcande sur les routes désertiques avec un arrêt à Nourata, connue pour les ruines antiques de la forteresse d’Alexandre le Grand. Puis direction le lac Aydarkoul pour déjeuner. On était quasiment seuls. L’après-midi, on a rejoint le désert du Kyzylkum et notre camp de yourtes où nous avons fait une balade à dos de chameau. Le soir, dîner au camp et concert au coin du feu sous un ciel rempli d’étoiles. Le lendemain, nous avons fait route vers Boukhara avec un stop au caravansérail de Rabat i Malik et un deuxième arrêt pour la visite d’un fabricant de céramiques à Gidjuvan."

"Seven lakes May 2026 • Couples Unique experience that clearly exceeded my expectations. Breathtaking landscapes. Despite the many hours in the car on the mountain road it was really worth it. After walking across the border we met our driver who accompanied us to discover this fantastic place. All well organized, but definitely challenging."

"We wanted to visit Samarkand from Taskent. Travel Bliss was very proactive, asking for details of our overall travel plans. They suggested a direct to airport transfer on our return journey and not rushing Samarkand in a day trip. This resulted in a more relaxed pace, a nite in the Registon Saroy, some time for a self night stroll around Registan Square and a morning walkabout at the Siyob Bazaar. Travel Bliss arranged us a very knowlegeable English speaking guide for Samarkand. They also organised a pleasant driver with a comfortable ev that brought us all the way from.Tashkent, around Samarkand and back to Tashkent. Thank you very much Yusuf!"

"Nous avons passé 4 jours très sympa, dans les montagnes et le désert. Notre chauffeur Hassan a très largement contribué à la réussite de ce séjour, il parlait très bien l'anglais, était adorable et sa conduite était parfaite."
